In October 2008, amidst the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, Icelandic Bank Kaupthing was put into receivership. 20.000 Belgian savings accounts had been blocked. After nine long months the bank was taken over and the savers got their money back.

As a key figure in what would become a particularly complex rescue operation, 
I have now put this real life public affairs story into a book.
