During 17 years as an association manager and communications professional, she has supported companies and organisations from a wide range of business sectors, including education and culture, technology and media. Her experience is particularly strong in association management, having managed and developed several European and international associations.

Before joining Interel, Milagros was employed by MCI Brussels – Association Management Company – where in her role of Client Director, she served the Project Management Institute and the Association for Automatic Identification and Mobility. Previous to this she was General Manager of the Association of European Radios and worked as a senior consultant for two consultancy firms in the field of EU Affairs.

Milagros holds a Masters Degree in European Studies from the Catholic University (KU) of Louvain, Belgium, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She is an active member of the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE), the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the AMC Institute.

She speaks Spanish, English, Italian and French.
